Amber Group says it will provide up to 100 per cent funding for the education fees of all employees’ children in every country it operates, as the technology firm celebrates its 10th anniversary this August.
According to group CEO Dushyant Savadia, the move is more than a benefit; it is a ‘revolution’ in how companies uplift people and nations.
“This initiative is a natural extension of Amber Group’s deeply held values, innovation with purpose, integrity in action, and humanity at the heart of everything we do. Amber has always believed that technology is not just about progress, but about improving lives. By funding education for employees’ children, Amber demonstrates that its innovations are matched by its compassion, and its success is shared with the families and communities that help make it possible,” the company added.
From its roots in Kingston to a network of 14 companies spanning fintech, AI, security, and mobility, Amber has never forgotten its greatest asset, its people.
“The real power behind Amber’s incredible rise over the last decade is our people,” said Savadia.
“With this initiative, no Amber parent will ever have to choose between their child’s dreams and what they can afford. We’re investing where it matters most — our people.”
Since 2015, Amber has grown at great speed, reshaping industries and elevating Jamaica’s position on the global tech map.
By ensuring education funding, Amber fosters opportunities directly within its workforce, empowering families and communities to thrive.
“This isn’t charity. It’s legacy-building,” Savadia added. “We’re fueling the next generation of thinkers, builders, and changemakers — starting with our own families.”
