Apeiron Digital Pro Ltd (ADP), a growing digital media and communications company, has announced the appointment of Winston Wilkins as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
The appointment coincides with the transition of the company’s Founder, Adam Cummings, from Chief Executive Officer to Chairman of the Board, where he will focus on long-term vision, strategy, and governance.
The leadership transition reflects a deliberate shift as Apeiron reaches a strategic inflexion point in its growth. Operating from its purpose-built creative headquarters in Kingston, the company has steadily expanded its footprint across digital media, production, and strategic communications, serving enterprise clients and high-growth organisations seeking modern, results-driven storytelling.
As Interim CEO, Wilkins will lead day-to-day operations with a mandate to strengthen execution, improve operational efficiency, and scale internal systems. His role will be central to translating the company’s long-term strategy into consistent delivery, while preserving the agility and creative strength that define Apeiron’s culture.
Wilkins brings over two decades of experience across operations, creative production, and business leadership. He is known for his ability to bridge strategy and execution, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex initiatives at speed while maintaining high standards.
“Apeiron is at a point where focus and execution matter more than ever,” said Winston Wilkins, Interim CEO of Apeiron Digital Pro Ltd.
“The foundation is strong—talented people, clear demand for our work, and a clear strategic direction. My responsibility is to ensure that we build the systems, structure, and accountability required to scale responsibly while continuing to move with speed.”
He added: “This is about retaining a startup mindset while operating with enterprise-level discipline. The appointment of an Interim CEO enables the Founder to shift his attention toward the company’s long-term horizon.”
Adam Cummings, Founder and Chairman of Apeiron Digital Pro Ltd, said the move was essential to aligning leadership with the company’s three-, five- and ten-year vision.

“Apeiron is at an inflexion point where the decisions we make now will define where we are in three, five, and ten years,” said Cummings. “Media is no longer a supporting function for businesses—it is becoming the primary way trust, relevance, and growth are created. That reality demands long-term thinking, not just day-to-day execution.”
He continued: “Bringing Winston in as Interim CEO allows me to step out of daily operations and focus fully on long-term vision, governance, and positioning the company for where media is going. Winston is a critical part of executing our three-, five-, and ten-year plan, ensuring that Apeiron remains at the forefront of how modern media is created and scaled as the landscape continues to evolve.”
Cummings added: “Our goal is steady, durable growth over the next decade. This leadership structure allows us to move decisively today while building an institution designed to last.”
Nicholas Cummings, Chief Operating Officer of Apeiron Digital Pro Ltd, emphasised the collaborative approach guiding the company’s next phase.
He explained: “The strategic planning we’ve been doing as a leadership team has been both necessary and energising,” said Nicholas Cummings.
“We’re excited about the direction ahead and look forward to working closely with Winston to scale the company, strengthen our internal systems, and support sustainable, long-term growth.”
