Ahead of a high-stakes match against Inter Miami CONCACAF Round of 16 Champions Cup, Cavalier FC has inked a J$5 million sponsorship deal with Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL).

The endorsement, according to the regional gaming giant, reinforces its commitment to the growth and development of football in Jamaica, supporting local talent and elevating the nation’s presence on the regional football stage.

“Football is a unifying force in Jamaica, and we are honoured to support Cavalier FC as they take on the challenge of Inter Miami and play for Jamaican pride,” said Gary Peart, executive chairman of SVL.

“This sponsorship underscores our mission to contribute to the advancement of Jamaican sports and provide fans with world-class football experiences. As a homegrown, truly Jamaican trailblazing company and long-time supporter of sports across the island, we take immense pride in backing Cavalier on this mission. We believe in investing in our local teams, giving them the resources they need to perform at their best and shine on the global stage,” he added.

The group will also be engaging fans through special promotions and initiatives to provide opportunities to attend the match and witness international football featuring Lionel Messi, one of the greatest players of all time, right here in Jamaica.

These fan engagement activities will be announced in the coming days, giving Jamaicans the chance to be part of this historic sporting event.

Cavalier FC chairman Ryan Foster expressed gratitude for the sponsorship, stating, “This generous support from Supreme Ventures Limited provides a tremendous boost for our team as we prepare for this crucial match”.

“Competing at this level requires significant resources, and SVL’s contribution ensures that we are fully equipped to represent Jamaica with pride as we take on Inter Miami and hopefully advance in the competition. We are grateful for SVL’s belief in our talent and their shared vision, as they were the first corporate company to respond to our call for support. We salute their dedication to the growth of Jamaican football,” he continued.

The sponsorship will assist Cavalier FC with essential preparations, including training, travel, and logistical needs, allowing the team to focus on delivering a top-tier performance against one of North America’s most recognised football clubs.

The Inter Miami vs Cavalier FC showdown, set for March 13 at the National Stadium, promises to be an electrifying contest as local pride meets global football excellence.
