Accompanying Chef Simpson in Cooking with Love this week is entrepreneur, skincare specialist, and reality star Sky Hollywood. Sky is known to most people for her energetic, feisty, and daring personality and the wife of popular Dancehall DJ, Hollywood Hype. But, what most people might not know is that she loves cooking and the kitchen is one of her favourite places. In fact, in this week’s show, they are preparing one of her favourite dishes – bourbon jerk lobster.  

Cooking with Love is a popular cooking show airing every Sunday on CIN TV at 6:30 pm on Ch. 73 and Fios Ch. 26. The show brings together Chef Simpson and talents in the entertainment industry to co-create and sample some of the over 150 recipes featured in the long-awaited first instalment of his signature cookbook series.
