In Corporate Movements this week, Dolla Financial Services Limited has announced the resignation of Chad Wynter as its Nominated Officer, effective January 31.

Wynter declared that there were no issues related to the company’s regulatory functions, as he stepped down to pursue new endeavours and personal pursuits.

The micro-financier has taken the opportunity to recognise Wynter, who has been an invaluable asset to the company. Dolla Financial thanked Wynter and wished him all the best in his future endeavours.

Kyla Clarke who currently serves as head of legal, governance and compliance, has been appointed as Dolla’s nominated officer subject to the Bank of Jamaica’s (BOJ) fit and proper assessment.

A.S. Bryden & Sons appoints new director

Thomas Tyler has been appointed as a director of the board of A.S. Bryden & Sons Holdings Limited, with effect from January 16.

PanJam’s deputy CFO leaving

Pan Jamaica Group’s deputy chief financial officer, Eric Scott will be leaving the organisation to pursue other opportunities Limited. His departure is effective March 31. PanJam thanked Scott for his contribution to the group and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.

Financial controller resigns from Everything Fresh 

Everything Fresh Limited has announced the resignation of its incumbent financial controller Bruno Loffler. The resignation is effective February 28.

Winston Thomas exits Derrimon board

Derrimon Trading Company is advising that Winston Thomas has resigned from its board of directors, effective January 31. Derrimon has thanked Thomas for his contribution to the board and wish him every success in his future endeavours.

Nicole Adamson resigns from VM Investments & VM Wealth Management 

VM Investments Limited is advising that Nicole Adamson, who held the post of manager of research, business planning and investor relations at VM Investments and VM Wealth Management, resigned from the company effective December 31, 2024.
