C&W Business partners with Grenada’s GuestChat to deliver value to hospitality sector

Regional network infrastructure and technology solutions company C&W Business has entered its second partnership aimed at improving service delivery in the region’s hospitality industry.

The company announced that it is collaborating with tech entrepreneur Nima AnvarAnvar, the CEO of GuestChat, an AI-powered virtual assistant tailored for hotels and resorts. The automated chat tool instantly answers website visitors’ questions and facilitates direct hotel room bookings.

The company operates from St George’s, Grenada.

GuestChat’s capabilities were showcased at the C&W Business booth during the recent Caribbean Hotel and Tourist Association Marketplace in Montego Bay, St James. With this exclusive partnership, C&W Business and GuestChat have combined their strengths to enhance the customer experience in the hospitality sector.

“C&W Business boasts a strong customer base in the hospitality industry, a result of our unwavering commitment to customer experience. GuestChat as a nimble and adaptive small business brings its advanced AI-powered chatbot to the table,” Nicolas Collette, VP, B2B Commercial Operations for C&W Communications, stated.

He highlighted that GuestChat complements the company’s NexGen Hospitality portfolio, which focuses on empowering both guests and staff.

C&W Business in May announced that it had teamed up with Smart Content Solutions USA Inc ­­­­­­­to introduce hospitality software solutions to the Jamaican market, courtesy of European-based developer At-Visions GmbH. 

“Being a forerunner in the hospitality industry means that C&W Business is always looking for ways to enhance our product offerings. Through this partnership with GuestChat, we’ve added a product that is powered by ChatGPT-4o, which significantly boosts guest engagement by providing personalised assistance while saving our customers time and resources through increased direct bookings,” Collette outlined.

The collaboration between GuestChat and C&W Business also follows Anvar’s win in the Flow Business InKnowvation Pitch competition in 2022. Flow Business is C&W Business’ sister brand that is focused on empowering small and medium-sized businesses.
