Telecoms operator Digicel Jamaica says it is carrying the spirit of customer rewarding into 2025 with its latest promotion that promises big cash winnings and life-changing opportunities for its
customers.
Twenty-five customers will get the chance to start afresh and win J$1 million in cash towards their goals in the ’25 Fi 25′ promotion.
“Recognising the challenges that many face in January, the promotion seeks to provide much-needed financial relief while inspiring optimism for the year ahead. The promotion offers winners an opportunity to achieve their goals, ease financial pressures, and embark on 2025 with renewed hope,” the company noted in a statement.
Tari Lovell, chief marketing officer at Digicel, shared the inspiration behind the promotion, stating, “The New Year is a time for fresh starts and big dreams, but we know that January can also be taxing for many.”
“We’ve always believed in empowering our customers, especially in fun ways. That’s why we’re giving our customers a chance to lighten their financial burdens, achieve their New Year’s resolutions, and accomplish big things in 2025, giving them the chance to start the year with hope and excitement,” he added.
The ’25 Fi 25′ promotion builds on the success of Digicel’s ‘One Home, One Jamaica’, and the
celebratory spirit of the ‘Bagga Tings’ promotion.
Customers can participate by activating a seven-day Prime Plan or higher, gifting a plan to a loved one, switching to Digicel, or receiving a top-up from the diaspora. Each action is a step closer to becoming one of the weekly winners.
Beyond the grand cash prize, Digicel will continue connecting with communities through engaging activities at its retail locations. Customers will have opportunities to win cash and special rewards through initiatives like balloon bingo and the cash vault experience, adding an extra layer of excitement to their everyday interactions with Digicel.
Lovell continued, “Our goal with the ‘25 Fi 25’ promotion is about giving our customers a little breathing room, a bit of joy, and a lot of hope as they take on a new year. It’s our way of saying, ‘We see you, we’re here for you, and we’re in this together.’”
