Digita Properties Limited, a subsidiary of Digita Global Group Inc., is buoyant, having received regulatory approval from the Government for The Singularity, its ‘groundbreaking’ 30-unit luxury development in the hills of St Andrew.

This milestone clears the way for the start of construction on a project poised to redefine lush luxury and contemporary living in Jamaica.

With endorsements secured, the much-anticipated groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Q1-2026. The Singularity will offer a sophisticated blend of townhouses, apartments, and studio units, designed with an emphasis on innovation, modernity, sustainability, and community.
