There has been an adjustment to the board of directors of Key Insurance Company.

Retired business leader Don Wehby has also vacated as chairman and director of the GraceKennedy insurance subsidiary, effective February 14.

At the same time, corporate attorney Rochelle Cameron has been appointed as the new chairman of Key Insurance with immediate effect. 

The board has expressed its profound appreciation to Wehby for his exceptional leadership, strategic guidance, and unwavering commitment to the company. 

According to the board, “His (Wehby) vision and contributions have been instrumental in driving the Company’s growth and success over the past years. The board welcomes Ms Cameron to her new role and looks forward to her leadership in guiding the company’s continued progress.”
