PROVEN Group Limited (“PROVEN” or “the Company”)  has announced the resignation of Mr. Rhory McNamara as Chairman and Director of the Board, effective April 24, 2026.

McNamara concludes over a decade of distinguished service to PROVEN, having joined the Board in January 2010 and serving as Chairman since March 2023. During his tenure, he provided steady leadership and a strong governance framework that supported the Group’s regional growth and strategic advancement.

The Board of Directors has unanimously approved the appointment of Mark Myers, CD, as Chairman of the Board, effective April 28, 2026.

Myers is a highly regarded business leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and regional business operations. He currently serves as Managing Director of Restaurants of Jamaica Limited, operators of the KFC and Pizza Hut franchises in Jamaica, and has oversight of regional operations, including the KFC franchise in The Bahamas.

He brings significant boardroom experience, having served on several prominent public and private sector boards. His current roles include Chairman of Jamaica Trade and Invest (JAMPRO) and Chairman of Barita Investments Limited. He has also previously served on the boards of the Bank of Jamaica, Jamaica Observer Limited, NCB Capital Markets Limited, and Supreme Ventures Limited, and was formerly Chairman of MF&G Trust and Finance.

Myers is widely recognised for his commitment to strong governance, national development, and shareholder value creation. In recognition of his contributions to Jamaica’s business sector, he was awarded the Order of Distinction, Commander Class (CD) by the Government of Jamaica in 2023.

He is also among the founding shareholders of PROVEN Group Limited, bringing a deep understanding of the Company’s history, strategy, and long-term vision.

The Board expresses its confidence in Mr Myers’ leadership and looks forward to his stewardship as Chairman.
