Quick-service restaurant chain Mother’s Food Group will open five more locations island-wide within the next year as part of its brand expansion plan.

Speaking with Our Today at the pop-up launch event for its new ‘Chicken Bites’ meal option, managing director Sheldon Seymour shared that the company plans to “revolutionise the chicken space”.

He said the company will open five more locations next year, including four at St James-, St Ann- and Kingston-based service stations.

Seymour says the exact locations of the new stores are still confidential for competitive reasons.

Throughout the past year, the company has added five new locations.

They are the Mother’s Cafe at the University Hospital of the West Indies, two service station outlets at Total Gilmour and FESCO on Beechwood Avenue, and two St Mary locations in the Annotto Bay and Highgate communities.
