Communications and entertainment company Flow Jamaica is nurturing the next generation of leaders, innovators and change-makers through its graduate programme, in association with parent company, Liberty Latin America (LLA).

The programme, now in its third year, offers unparalleled opportunities for recent university graduates to embark on a two-year journey of professional growth and personal development.

Through a structured and immersive curriculum, participants gain invaluable hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies and business practices across LLA’s Latin American and Caribbean markets.

The programme offers graduates the opportunity to rotate through various departments within the organisation, including but not limited to finance, commercial, technology and customer experience. Participants work on real-world projects, tackle complex challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and the telecommunications landscape. 

In addition to gaining invaluable professional experience, the participants benefit from personalised mentoring, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.

Aleia James was among the first cohort of graduates in the programme in 2022. She completes her two-year period of rotation this August, with the finance team and described her experience as exceeding her expectations. 

“I benefitted from a diverse and welcoming culture as well as a comprehensive view of the company as I rotated through multiple areas within the Finance portfolio. The Flow Graduate Programme allowed me an amazing opportunity to hone valuable skills through a holistic approach to imparting key industry knowledge, impactful projects and opportunities to travel,” James shared as she looked forward to the next phase of her journey at Flow.

Three graduates from the 2023 cohort, Odane Blidgen, Chelsey Cunningham and Sherice Preddie are currently engaged in the commercial and finance departments at Flow.

Applications for the Flow Graduate Programme are now open to university graduates. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications by May 30.
