Telecommunications provider Flow joined forces with the National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) and the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) for International Coastal Cleanup Day on the weekend, with several Flow staff members participating in the annual event.
Held at the Shipwreck beach along the Palisadoes strip on Saturday, September 21, the cleanup effort was part of a global initiative aimed at reducing marine litter and protecting our oceans.
Flow volunteers worked alongside other participants to collect and document litter, removing hundreds of pounds of waste from the coastline. In addition to volunteer support, Flow donated mobile devices and other resources to assist with NEPA’s cleanup activities.
