Flow unveils new customer experience initiatives inspired by customers

Communications and entertainment provider Flow is introducing fresh customer upgrades that will deliver an improved internet and home entertainment experience. 

The new initiatives are inspired by feedback from Flow customers.

Flow’s vice president and general manager Stephen Price pointed out that customer feedback through its contact center, social media and in-person channels is being assessed.

“We are committed to delivering a seamless experience to our customers and to get there, we have been actively listening to our customers, processing their feedback and are now delivering some of the solutions,” Price stated.

The company has responded with a three-pronged approach focused on ‘Connectivity, Care and Innovation’.

Flow is heavily investing in its fibre roll-out in order to bring the best possible connectivity to everyone in Jamaica. Over the past three years, more than 800 communities have joined Flow’s fibre network.

“Fibre-fast technology is now accessible to over 60 per cent of Jamaican homes,” shared Price. “We are working hard to bring 100 per cent of our customers on to our fibre-fast technology as soon as possible”.

The company is also addressing one of the main challenges for its customers by upgrading its network to be more resilient to power outages.

Flow’s increased focus on connectivity is complemented by its commitment to taking care of its customers. Since the beginning of the year, the company has proactively visited over 10,000 customers’ homes to assess and improve every aspect of their experience. From rewiring to upgrading material or configuring devices, Flow has elevated its attention to customer care.

“The response we’ve been getting from our customers is amazing and is encouraging us to double down even more to deliver superior service,” added Price.

To enhance the connectivity improvements and care initiatives, Flow will also be introducing a suite of new products featuring Gigabit internet speeds, the latest Smart Wi-Fi technology for Wi-Fi coverage in every corner of the home, and a new entertainment platform that will bring together all our customers’ favorite content in one place, from TV channels to streaming services.
