Sam Beal, the former New York Giants cornerback, has been missing since early August 2025, but new details reveal a turbulent period leading up to his disappearance.
Five months before vanishing, Beal spent time in jail from September 2024 to February 2025 over unpaid child support, facing two charges from Michigan.
After his release, those close to him noticed changes. Beal reportedly stopped taking prescribed medication because of side effects, and struggled to adjust after his football career ended in March 2024. A witness described him making troubling remarks about feeling unnoticed and even joking that he wouldn’t mind being swept away by a tornado.
Concerns escalated when Beal stopped responding to his probation officer in early August 2025, prompting his family to report him missing. Police have attempted to reach him multiple times by phone and email, but so far, all efforts have failed.
