The free-entry event also featured giveaways, prizes and special bar deals courtesy of Pepsi and Heineken.

Speaking with Our Today during the race, Head of Commercial at Red Stripe Sean Wallace said, “We at Heineken are fully committed to growing F1 and part of that effort is trying to make it enjoyable for Jamaicans to view the races. We want people to come out enjoy the F1 events, enjoy a Heineken and drink responsibly.”

He added that the popular beer brand will be hosting more watch parties at additional locations islandwide to continue developing the love for the sport in Jamaica.

Eric Campbell, while still amped after the race, shared his experience at the event.

“The race was good, and I’m still shocked to see Norris get the win. The event was great. I liked the music, I liked the vibe, I met a lot of new people here and that was good as well, I’ll definitely be returning,” he said.
