The Guardsman Group is pleased  to announce that effective March 1, 2026, Francis Amair will assume the role of Head of Operations for Guardsman Metaverse Limited.

Mr Amair currently serves as Vice President of Service Integration for the North Western Region and brings a wealth of experience and institutional knowledge to this expanded leadership role. Since joining the Guardsman Group in 2008, he has steadily progressed through the organisation, taking on increasingly senior responsibilities and playing a critical role in the effective and efficient management of security operations. 

Throughout his tenure, Mr Amair has provided steadfast leadership across western and northern security operations, consistently driving high standards of service delivery, operational discipline, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of service integration, people leadership, and operational execution has contributed significantly to business continuity and performance across the region.

As Head of Operations, Mr Amair will be responsible for overseeing operational strategy, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring continued alignment with Guardsman Metaverse’s standards of excellence as the business continues to grow. Effective February 1, Mr Amair and Mr Green, who currently hold the position, will begin a one-month transition period. We also look forward to welcoming Mr Amair to Kingston, where he will be based in his new role.
