One thing that will always be remembered from Giomar’s performance at PAN 2025 Finals on Sunday, August 31, is that he never leaves his camp behind, especially upcoming artiste Umar ‘Soun Bwoii’ Dixon, who was celebrating his birthday at the event.
After gracing the stage at PAN on the grounds of Jamaica College in St Andrew, Giomar, who was booked to perform at a show for the very first time where his father, veteran singjay Wayne Marshall, was also booked, called his studio colleagues Soun Bwoii, Jay YGT and Brush1 to hit the stage with him for the first performance of the evening.
They did renditions of other Dancehall and Reggae hits such as Dem Ago Dead by Masicka, Bad Man Nuh Dress Like Girl by Harry Toddler, Heads High by Mr Vegas and Cook by Lexxus. They also dropped a line from Busy Signal’s Happy Birthday for Soun Bwoii whose birthday it was.
“I called on them because a mi bredda dem. From now on, today, mi can’t do a show and dem man dem don’t touch the stage. Same as dem can’t do a show and me no touch di stage… We write together, laugh together, cry together, a jus di camp; jus di family,” Giomar said during an interview after his intense performance.
“A jus di camp. A just that right now,” he added.

PAN, the entertainer said, was his biggest show to date, and the practice sessions with Soun Bwoii, Jay YGT and Brush1 made the performance memorable and intense.
“This was my biggest show to date, and I felt like it was my best performance. The energy from the crowd was so good. It was such a blessing to have mi bredda dem with me, but I have to give it up to the crowd and the organisers of the event, because dem mek di atmosphere really nice and proppa,” Giomar said.
He added, “It was a blessing and an honour.”

For Umar ‘Soun Bwoii’ Dixon, whose birthday it was on Sunday, and the first artiste whom Giomar called on stage, it was an honour.
“Performing on my birthday is a blessing, especially because five years ago, around the same time, I got into a car accident, so it’s always a blessing, and mi just love di fact seh I can help out fellow upcoming artistes like Gio and myself,” the young artiste with singles Pump Up and a new one recently dropped called Outside and done in partnership with ZJ Chrome, said.
For Jay YGT, he is extremely grateful.
“Mi jus waa give a big shout out to Giomar for giving me this big opportunity to be here. Big up CB Foods! It was a great performance in my opinion. Wull heap a work put ina it behind the scenes, wull heap a hours we deh up a run through it [practising for their performance] and it came out just as planned, and the people dem gi wi di vibe and mi appreciate dat!” he said.
