American singer-songwriter Chloe Bailey has announced on her social media pages that she will be present for Carnival 2023 in St. Lucia with the Legends Carnival Band. She also announced that two lucky contestants could win a 2 way round-trip flight from the US or Canada to St. Lucia, four-nights hotel accomodations for two, airport transportation and VIP carnival party tickets.
