Rebrands two existing properties

Renowned hotel chain Hilton Grand Vacations has expanded to the Dutch Caribbean island of St Maarten.
The hotel chain has rebranded a pair of resorts in destination following its acquisition of Diamond Resorts. Hilton Grand Vacations is holding ribbon-cutting ceremonies this week for its new resorts: Flamingo Beach and Royal Palm, both of which are under a new brand, Hilton Vacation Club.

The 240-suite Flamingo Beach, a Hilton Vacation Club, set in Simpson Bay, has a mix of studios and one-bedroom suites with amenities including a pool, a hot tub, a sports court, palaces on the beach and an on-site cafe.
The 118-room Royal Palm, a Hilton Vacation Club, has a mix of larger one, two and three-bedroom units. The Royal Palm also has beach palaces, a restaurant, a poolside bistro and a recently upgraded gym.
Hilton Grand Vacations explains that, while both are vacation ownership properties, they can be booked here for hotel stays as well.
