
Technology firm Huawei has officially confirmed the September 23 launch of its Nova 9 Series.
In a release, Huawei, said the long-awaited announcement ended speculation and has finally given consumers a confirmation on the anticipated devices.
The company had earlier released a promo poster with the announcements teasing the device ahead of release.
According to the poster, the Nova 9 features a dual ring quad-camera system, the above ring has highlights, and the below ring blends into the camera bump. The rear colon has blue hues along with violet mixes to form a beautiful gradient as well as Nova and Huawei branding.
Furthermore, the poster confirms that these phones will have the HarmonyOS operating system pre-installed.
Massive camera system with quad cameras
He Gang, president of Handset Business, Huawei Consumer Business Group, said the Nova 9 series has been prepared for over a year and not only comes in nine colours but also has pre-installed the HarmonyOS 2 system.
The Huawei Nova 9 series comes with two models – Nova 9 and Nova 9 Pro – and both are said to be powered by the Snapdragon chipset but with 4G technologies.
Furthermore, the Nova 9 Pro comes with a big display with a centre hole punch cut-out and curved edge design. The rear side has a massive camera system with quad cameras.
The Pro version features a 4500mAh battery with 100W super-fast charging, and is reported to be the first phone to equip such technology. As it relates to software, the device is expected to come pre-installed with HarmonyOS 2.1 version.
A previous report suggests that Huawei Nova 9 series has more stock compared to the Huawei P50 series and it’ll be available in almost every store around China including both online and offline channels.
