Jamaican ICT solutions provider Innovative Corporate Solutions (ICSL)

has been appointed an exclusive implementation partner for global digital banking provider

NETinfo, expanding access to the company’s Digital Banking Platform for commercial banks, credit unions and other financial institutions across the Caribbean.

The partnership brings together NETinfo’s digital banking technology with ICSL’s regional technology expertise and local support capabilities.

Through this alliance, more banks and credit unions will have access to NETinfo’s omnichannel

Digital Banking Platform, enabling them to enhance digital services, improve customer engagement and introduce new digital capabilities more quickly.

The global tech company aims to replicate the success they have achieved through similar integrations with leading banks across 25 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean.

“The Caribbean represents an important growth market for NETinfo,” says Harris Marcou, Head of Sales at NETinfo.

“Through the ICSL–NETinfo partnership, Caribbean financial institutions have access to a credible, experienced and regionally supported pathway to modern digital banking. Together, we look forward to helping institutions strengthen their digital capabilities across the region.

“Marcou also notes that digital transformation is essential to competitiveness, resilience and long-term relevance in today’s market.

The supporting IT infrastructure, implementation, integration and ongoing technical support will be delivered from Jamaica and through NETinfo’s global support capabilities. ICSL explains that achieving widespread local, bespoke capability is crucial as Jamaican and Caribbean companies operate differently from those in other parts of the world. ICSL will bridge this gap culturally and technically. The expansion of local support is also likely to create future opportunities for engineers, specialists, cybersecurity professionals, project managers and support teams in the region.

Neil Abrahams, Chief Executive Officer of ICSL, adds,“Digital transformation is about leveraging technology, including artificial intelligence, to fundamentally expand capabilities and transform how clients access more personalised products and services. Our mandate is simple: to support financial institutions across the Caribbean as they continue to modernise legacy systems in response to customer expectations for secure, mobile-first and customised banking services.”

Commenting further on the partnership, Abrahams says, “This alliance combines NETinfo’s Digital Banking Platform with deep IT Infrastructure capabilities with implementation and support delivered from Jamaica and through NETinfo’s global delivery capabilities. It gives financial institutions across the Caribbean access to a proven platform backed by a partner that understands the region’s operational and regulatory environment.”
