Jamaica has launched a new exclusive Spring Travel campaign dubbed ‘You Need a Reason We’ve Got Deals’, which provides exceptional discounts for travellers who want to visit the island this spring. 

Under this campaign, the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) is providing special travel discounts, which will remain active until March 31, 2026, luring travellers to explore new offerings each time they visit the Visit Jamaica Travel Deals hub, ensuring every trip to Jamaica feels unique.

These limited-time packages are made possible through partnerships with major airlines and vacation providers, giving travellers a range of options. Some deals focus on flights or added perks, while others combine accommodations and airfare for a complete getaway. 

They highlight Jamaica’s rich diversity, from sun-soaked beaches, cultural excursions, to adventure-filled activities across the island. The Visit Jamaica Travel Deals Hub offers an exciting promotion which provides discounted travel packages that include flights and accommodations to Jamaica’s most popular destinations, making spring holidays both affordable and memorable.

After-Action Reviews are a standard tool in emergency management, used to assess response efforts, capture lessons learned, and improve coordination, planning, and operational systems for future events. Importantly, aligning the AAR process with the International Health Regulations (IHR) ensures that the evaluation of public health emergencies meets globally recognised standards, strengthening Jamaica’s ability to detect, assess, report, and respond to health threats in a timely and effective manner.

In a statement released Tuesday (March), USCIS said its review of pending workloads and benefit applications revealed that prior screening measures were “wholly inadequate.” According to the agency, many applicants for naturalisation and lawful permanent residence were not sufficiently vetted, creating risks to national security and public safety while undermining the integrity of the immigration system.
