Kemal Brown, founder and chief executive officer of Digita Global Marketing, a thought leader in digital transformation, is set to share his insights on Brazil’s journey toward full digitization at the prestigious Horasis Global Meeting, October 25-26, in Vitória, Brazil.

Horasis is a global visions community that hosts influential summits, bringing together governments, international organizations, and business leaders annually to address global challenges and inspire the future. This is the first time the meeting is being held in South America.

Brown’s anticipated address will focus on the vital role that digital technologies play in transforming economies, reducing waste, and fostering sustainable growth.

As Jamaica’s digital trailblazer, Brown has long championed the power of digital solutions to optimize national systems and reduce friction in value chains. His participation in this international dialogue aligns with his ongoing efforts to position Jamaica as a global force in digital transformation while helping other emerging economies like Brazil reach their potential. He has been at the forefront of promoting digital adoption across the Caribbean and understands that for nations to thrive in a modern economy, they must invest in creating a robust digital infrastructure.

“I am honoured to be invited to speak at the Horasis Global Meeting,” said Brown. “Brazil is at a pivotal point in its digital journey. By embracing full digitization, the nation can significantly reduce inefficiencies and create a more inclusive economy. I look forward to sharing strategies and insights that can help accelerate Brazil’s digital transformation and contribute to its sustainable growth,” he noted.

At the Horasis Global Meeting, he will present a compelling case for why nations like Brazil must double down on their digitization efforts if they are to maintain their economic growth and become global leaders in the digital age. Brown will also outline key strategies for managing resistance to digital adoption and highlight how digital transformation can uplift marginalized communities by reducing barriers to access and participation.
