In his current role as Senior Vice President – Growth Leader at Introba, Garold is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation across multiple sectors, including healthcare, science and technology, and government infrastructure. His leadership has contributed to the transformation of Introba’s business approach, emphasizing client satisfaction, quality assurance, and a forward-thinking mindset. Garold is also a founding member of the National Capital Region Society of Healthcare Engineers and has played an instrumental role in healthcare engineering projects that enhance resilience in critical facilities worldwide.
