JMEA launches Expo Jamaica 2025 with revamped logo

Launching Expo Jamaica 2025 with a fresh, modernised look and feel, the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) is ready to elevate the largest trade show in the English-speaking Caribbean to a new level.

The soft launch of the trade show, held Tuesday evening (October 15) at the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO) Training Room in New Kingston, served to announce the JMEA’s plans to align the event with international standards.

As such, the association believes the enhanced staging will position Jamaica’s premier expo as a competitive force on the global stage, offering exhibitors and buyers a world-class experience akin to leading trade exhibitions worldwide. 

“The global marketplace is evolving, and so are we… We’ve refreshed our logo, launched a new website, and revamped the venue for a world-class experience,” Kamesha Blake, Executive Director of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) explained.

“Expo Jamaica 2025 will feature cutting-edge presentations and interactive elements, creating an atmosphere that not only reflects global trends but also ensures our productive sectors are showcased at their absolute best,” she continued. 

The unveiling of the expo’s newly revamped logo with its sleek, updated design was a key highlight of the evening. The new look, currently being trademarked, symbolises Expo Jamaica’s expanded scope and growing importance within the region.

Alongside the logo, a newly optimised website designed to streamline the user experience for exhibitors and buyers alike was launched. In addition, the JMEA announced plans to update the venues with a brand-new international look — one that will put Expo Jamaica on par with the world’s top trade shows. 

Expo Jamaica 2025 will be hosted at the National Arena and Indoor Sports Centre from April 3–6. The first two days will be dedicated to buyers, followed by days open to consumers, offering exhibitions, product sampling, and entertainment.

“The new logo and website embody our renewed vision for Expo Jamaica,” said Aswad Morgan, chairman of the Expo Jamaica Committee.

“This isn’t just a trade show — it’s an opportunity for Jamaica to cement its position as a leader in innovation and productivity across the Caribbean. With our upgraded digital platform, we are ensuring a seamless experience for local and international participants, giving them tools that make business transactions and connections easier than ever,” he added.

The new website, www.jmea.org/expojamaica, boasts a sleek design and enhanced functionality. It features a digital floor plan, online payment management, and a meeting scheduler for buyers and exhibitors. The platform is a central hub for all event-related activities, making Expo Jamaica more accessible and offering a comprehensive tool for navigating the four-day event.

JMEA anticipates that the trade show will surpass the previous staging’s record-breaking 250 exhibitors, 830 buyers from 30 countries, and over 15,000 consumers. The event is set to be a dynamic showcase of Jamaica’s manufacturing, service, tourism, and export sectors. 

Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO), a longstanding partner of Expo Jamaica, will continue spearheading buyer recruitment, thus attracting local and international distributors and retailers. The agency’s involvement helps to ensure that local businesses connect with global markets, reinforcing Expo Jamaica’s mission to serve as Jamaica’s central hub for business and investment.

With over 150 buyers already confirmed, including several large multinational retailers, we are well on our way to securing the exposure our local businesses need to thrive globally.”

So far, 50 per cent of booth spaces have already been sold in just three weeks since registration opened. As such, JMEA encourages businesses to secure their spots quickly.
