Members of The Jamaica National Group Limited who wish to participate fully in the company’s upcoming online Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be required to register by 10 am on Monday, January 26.

According to the company, only members who complete registration by the deadline will be eligible to vote on resolutions and ask questions during the meeting. Members who miss the registration cut-off may still log in and observe the AGM, but will not be allowed to vote or participate in the question-and-answer segment.

The JN Group also advised that members may appoint a director who is physically present at the meeting to act as their proxy. The name of the director is provided on the official Proxy Form.

For a proxy appointment to be valid, the completed and signed Form of Proxy must be delivered to the Company Secretary at the group’s registered office at 2–4 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica. The form must be received no later than 48 hours before the AGM, which is scheduled for January 27, 2026, at 3:00 pm.

The company encouraged members to review the AGM instructions carefully to ensure their participation and voting rights are secured.
