
The Android version of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) mobile app is currently down.
The JSE is aware of the situation and its technician are now working to fix the problem in the shortest possible time. In January last year, the JSE app Android version experienced challenges with the current version of the mobile app.
A beta version of the upgraded mobile app was made be available for download, which addressed the challenges. At the same time, the technicians then worked on enhancing the user experience and added new features and functionality.
The JSE mobile app, which took approximately a year to be developed, was launched in July 2016.
It compliments the other JSE’s online portals being used to provide information to the investing public and has aided in driving the number of persons interested in the stock market and improve the timeliness and capacity of investors in their decision making process.
