The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has suspended trading in the shares of Portland JSX Limited.

This is in keeping with the JSE’s Main Market Rule 408 (iii) on Audited Annual Financial Statements. The suspension is effective today July 30, 2026 and will remain in effect pending the submission of the company’s 2026 Audited Financial Statements for the year ended February 28, 2026. 

Portland JSX’s Audited Financial Statements, due on April 29, 2026, became 91-days overdue on July 29, 2026.
