Light earthquake rattles western Jamaica

A magnitude 4.2 earthquake jolted sections of western Jamaica today (June 18).

According to preliminary information, the tremor struck inland around 5:46 pm 25 kilometres southwest of Albert Town, Trelawny. There are no reports of injury or infrastructural damage at this time.
