Popular local beverage brand Malta plans to go big on holistic wellness, launching its high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, as part of its ‘Shake It Up’ wellness campaign.

The cool hillside of Skyline Drive in Jacks Hill, St Andrew was the venue for the HIIT session, which despite the downpour of rain, did little to stop participants from sweating and getting active through exercise and wellness movements.

The scene of serenity and tranquillity for Malta’s evening of holistic wellness in Jacks Hill with Kamila McDonald last Thursday, (March 16, 2023) was one which participants enjoyed.

As part of the brand’s ‘Shake It Up’ campaign, wellness, and fitness enthusiasts indulged in several realms of being holistically fit. These activities included a HIIT workout session, yoga, mindfulness, and inner work session topped off with nutritious Malta shakes, and a scrumptious meal courtesy of Kamila’s Kitchen.

Emphasizing the importance of self-care and self-awareness, Malta’s ‘Shake It Up’ campaign encourages individuals to take an active role in their own health and well-being, and experience improved physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment in life.

Our Today was there and captured some of the moments.
