Kintrye Holdings (JA), which is in the midst of a restructuring exercise, is announcing a number of management changes.
The Tyrone Wilison-led investment company has appointed Adrian Smith as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, effective April 1, 2026. Shameel Brown has been appointed Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer, effective April 20, 2026.
Adrian Smith was formerly with Dequity Capital but fell out with its lead principal Kadeen Mairs.
In this role, Brown will serve as Company Secretary, leading Kintrye Holdings’ communications strategy and head the Kintyre Holdings Foundation. In addition to these two new appointments, Kintrye Holdings is also announcing the departure of two senior managers.
They are Jahmar Clarke and Jasmin Asan. Clarke has resigned from his role as Company Secretary, effective April 20, 2026. However, he will continue to serve as an Advisor and Legal Representative to Kintyre Holdings and its subsidiaries.
Asan has resigned from her role as Chief Business Officer, effective March 31, 2026. The company advises that the role will be temporarily filled by Tristan Wiliams, who was recently appointed Commercial Director for Kintyre’s Visual Vibe subsidiary.
