Manpower looks out for storm-affected athletes with meet sponsorship

Manpower & Maintenance Services Ltd has presented just over $400,000 in sponsorship to the Wesley Powell Benjamins Track and Field Meet in December.

The majority of the funds—$250,000—was donated to DASH Athletics to “assist in defraying the cost of accommodating teams from western Jamaica affected by hurricane” Melissa on Tuesday, October 28.

The sum of $160,000.00 was presented in the company’s capacity as hospitality sponsors.

The track Meet, of which MMS is a long-standing supporter, is organised by Excelsior High School and scheduled for December 13, 2025.
