Spicy escovitch fish bites was also a crowd pleaser

Beauties Saba Thomas and Yodit Hyilton’s faces said it all about the time they had by the Heineken Bar at the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards.

Miss Lily’s came full force with an explosion of flavours from her famous oxtail patties and spicy escovitch fish bites to help transport the taste buds of patrons visiting the Red Stripe booth at the recent Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards.

The iconic beer brand known for its standard of creating the most authentic Jamaican experiences added Miss Lily’s, all the way from the shorelines of Skylark Beach Resort in Negril, to its set-up and delivered the most outstanding execution set-up at the Devon House venue last Thursday, June 29, 2023.

Wherever there’s Heineken, there’s always room for date night! Samoya Harvey and David Gayle enjoyed Heieneken-infused beergaritas at the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards.

Bringing with her a piece of home, from her famous Miss Lily’s photo-op, stands to replicas of street side graffiti and bringing the good ol’ Jamaican vibes the popular spot is known for. Anyone would think they were on the cool coasts of Negril after soaking up this visionary’s experience.

Additionally, the Heineken-sponsored Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards welcomed a massive crowd of food lovers, critics and the best of Jamaica’s fine dining restaurants and chefs to showcase and experience a feast of decadent hors-d’oeuvres, from zesty meats, and spicy tacos to toothsome desserts.

Cheers to beers! Inise Williams, General Manager at Rockhouse Hotel (left), and Charlotte Wallace, Director at Miss Lily’s at Skylark Negril, had a blast at the Red Stripe Flavours activation at the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Foods Awards on June 29, 2023.

To showcase Jamaica’s best, an islandwide representation of why Jamaica is known for its delicious food all gathered to celebrate and recognize the restaurants and legendary chefs who have placed Jamaica on the map of the ultimate culinary experience.

To up the ante, Red Stripe had their own Red Stripe Flavours Beergarita stand and street dance set up where patrons gathered and embraced a memorable evening. The event was an unforgettable one as the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards 2023 has continued to maintain the standard for what a true food fiesta should be.
