MoneyMasters launches new digital platform called ‘Axia’

MoneyMasters Group unveiled its new digital platform, called Axia, on Thursday evening, in the presence of stakeholders and media representatives.

Described as a cutting-edge digital platform, the company said the new digital platform will “revolutionise how customers interact with their finances”.

The Money Masters team developed Axia with a user-first approach, combining intuitive design, robust security, and intelligent tools to ensure a digital investor-friendly experience.

The development of Axia is in response to clients’ demand for a better way of doing business.

As such, the platform offers real-time financial insights and integrated wealth management information—all accessible via a single login anywhere in the world.

Speaking on the journey leading up to the unveiling last Thursday, Claudette Crooks, founder and president of Money Masters Group, shared: ‘Years ago, MoneyMasters reached a crossroads. While our systems were familiar and functional, they had become increasingly misaligned with the needs of those we served. Information was siloed, responsiveness lagged—and our clients noticed.

“We knew then that a patchwork fix wouldn’t be enough for our clients. We needed a mindset shift—a true investment not just in tools, but in our capacity to lead with precision, speed and relevance. Today, we make good on one significant aspect of that commitment,” she continued.

“It is with great pride, I officially declare the launch of a major aspect of our IT programme—a bold step forward in how we work, connect, and deliver value. We unveil a shift—a turning point in the story of MoneyMasters and the standard it sets for stewardship, technology, and trust,” Crooks added.

With the new fund management software, MoneyMasters’ clients can track every movement of funds with real-time precision, access their investment portfolios 24/7, align workflows with smart automation, and see audit trails that hold up not only to scrutiny.  

“With the implemented software, we are no longer documenting after the fact—we are managing in the moment. We are not asking stakeholders to trust what they can’t see; we’re inviting them to witness in real-time,” Crooks explained.

Chief Operating Officer Teddy Jones also expressed satisfaction with the development. He described the launch as a bold step in a journey of growth, innovation, and relentless focus on improving the client experience.

Moreover, he said, the launch of Axia, the new online investment client portal, represents the group’s ambition and commitment to empower its clients with the tools and transparency they deserve.

“The world has changed. Digitisation is no longer optional—it’s essential. Because growth must be intelligent. Service must be effortless. And the future of finance must be frictionless,” Jones stated.

“Axia is more than a platform—it’s a statement. A declaration that MoneyMasters is not just keeping up with the times, but shaping the future of client service in wealth management,” he further outlined.

While noting that the new platform isn’t just a tech trend or add-on, the COO revealed that the launch of Axia serves as an opportunity to highlight Money Masters’ broader digital agenda, which positions the company to scale sustainably, engage meaningfully, and operate efficiently.

“This launch sets the foundation for many more innovations ahead, including AI-assisted financial insights, personalised reporting dashboards, and streamlined onboarding processes—all designed to elevate your client experience,” Jones said

“This portal marks our starting line, not the finish. We’re already exploring: personalised AI-driven financial reporting, mobile app enhancements, and goal-based planning tools. We won’t stop innovating because your needs keep evolving—and so must we,” he concluded.
