
The Integrity Commission is advising that nine reports of investigation, together with their associated indicative rulings issued by the Director of Corruption Prosecution, were formally tabled in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
The reports had been submitted to parliament by the commission on an earlier date, in accordance with Section 54 of the Integrity Commission Act, and were subsequently tabled in the House of Representatives consistent with the statutory requirements governing the disclosure of investigation outcomes.
Following their tabling, the Investigation reports and associated Indicative rulings have been uploaded to the Integrity Commission’s website to facilitate public access.
