The National Water Commission (NWC) is actively working to resolve a technical issue that has resulted in some customers not receiving their bills electronically.
The NWC said its technical teams are actively engaged in resolving the matter to restore consistent, reliable email dispatch to the affected customers. As part of the corrective measures, electronic bills have been re-sent to impacted accounts to help ensure customers remain up to date.
To reduce the likelihood of future delivery challenges, customers are encouraged to add the NWC’s official email address to their contact or safe sender lists to prevent correspondence from being redirected to spam or junk folders.
While the issue is being resolved, customers continue to have multiple convenient options to access their billing information.
Account balances and details may be viewed through the NWC Mobile App, which is available for download via Google Play and the App Store. Customers may also check their balances online via the Webchat feature on the NWC’s website—nwcjamaica.com, or email [email protected]. They may also contact the Commission’s toll-free line 888-CALL-NWC (888-225-5692), which has an automated 24/7 bill balance enquiry feature.
For those not yet enrolled in the e-bill service, registration remains open at nwcjamaica.com/ebillregistration.php, offering customers a faster, more environmentally friendly way to receive their bills.
The NWC regrets any inconvenience caused by this technical disruption, and thanks customers for their patience and understanding as we work to resolve the matter.
