Fresh from prison dancehall artiste Tommy Lee Sparta teamed up with industry giants Valiant and Rvssian to release Tic Tac Toe, the number one trending song in Jamaica.

Tommy Lee, whose given name is Leroy Russell, was arrested for the illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition along Holborn Road in New Kingston in 2020. He was sentenced to five years in prison, but released on March 23 of this year.

Seemingly both shocked and grateful for the artiste’s release, fans shared their reactions to the news on social media, anxiously awaiting new music. Their request was granted soon after when Sparta teamed up with Valiant and Rvssian to release Tic Tac Toe.

The song’s music video, released on April 6, shot to the number one spot on YouTube to become the top trending song in Jamaica, with over a million views.
