Dancehall artiste Valiant‘s GTKY, adds some early 2000s vibes to YouTube’s top 10 trending list.

Just 10 days after the music video was released on YouTube, it has already amassed half a million views and shows no sign of slowing down.

The song, produced by Toddla T & Izzy Bossy is no doubt another hit for the self-proclaimed ‘Dunce Bat’ as the track samples Don Carleon’s Mad Ants Riddim from 2002.

The Mad Ants Riddim had artiste Mad Cobra, Vybz Kartel, Bounty Killer Elephant Man and many more, and is one of Danchall’s more successful memory beats.

Though he did not begin his musical journey with ‘gyal songs’ or dancing tracks, Valiant has emerged as one of the culture’s leading dance artistes with hits like Mad Smaddy, Lumba, Bubble Gum, Gwaan Suh, Godfada and now GTKY.
