The countdown to the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards has commenced and just recently, judges got a taste of the newest beverage on the block, Rum Stripe by Red Stripe.

Gathering at the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen, it was definitely time to taste the ‘Rumvolution’, brought on by the Jamaican white rum mixed drinks in tangy and zesty notes of cranberry and the sweet and smooth taste of pineapple-coconut.

The tasting event saw the presence of esteemed judges of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards, Rum Stripe brand manager, Jodi-Ann Campbell, Rum Stripe quality control manager, Helen Simpson and other specially invited guests.

Those in attendance received detailed insight into how the renowned brand came up with new innovation and learned of its goal to revolutionise the Jamaican drinking experience.
