PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Corporate Services Limited has lost another client, as Jamaica Broilers Group (JBG) has replaced the company as its registrar and transfer agent.

This is the third client that PwC Corporate Services has lost in recent time.

JBG has appointed Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited as its new registrar and transfer agent, effective today (March 6).

Salada Foods Jamaica Limited on January 31 this year changed its registrar and transfer agent to Sagicor Bank Jamaica, replacing PwC Corporate Services.

On January 1, Jamaican university student housing developer and operator, 138 Student Living Jamaica changed its registrar and transfer agent from PwC Corporate Services to Sagicor Corporate Trust Services.
