The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel was a fitting locale to celebrate elegance and accomplishment on May 1, as RE/MAX Elite Realty hosted its annual awards ceremony under the theme ‘The Great Gatsby’.
The evening served as a tribute to the top-performing agents within the organisation, who continue to redefine excellence and professionalism across Jamaica’s dynamic real estate industry.
The ceremony, held each year to formally recognise the outstanding achievements of RE/MAX realtor associates, honours those who have demonstrated exceptional performance in sales, rentals, listings, and client engagement. With this year’s recognition spanning all four of the company’s offices, the event reinforced RE/MAX Elite’s commitment to rewarding excellence across its growing network.
Awards were presented in several key categories, including ‘top producers’, ‘top listers’, ‘rising stars’, and elite performance tiers, highlighting the brand’s continued investment in talent development and market leadership.
One of the evening’s highest honours went to David Dixon, recipient of the prestigious Diamond Award. His consistent track record and client-first approach speak to the calibre of professionals that RE/MAX Elite continues to nurture and elevate.
Also celebrated were the agents inducted into the ‘100% Club’, a distinguished recognition for agents. This year’s honourees included Taihia Becker, St. Aubyn Clarke, Bruce McFarlane, Anne Marie Stewart, and Nadia Oates. Taihia Becker, a seasoned real estate professional based in Montego Bay, reflected on the ceremony’s significance and the evolving nature of the market.
She shared, “The real estate landscape in Jamaica has grown more sophisticated, and clients now demand more informed, agile, and tech-driven agents. This event is a vital reminder of the importance of excellence and the value of celebrating our shared resilience and commitment to growth”.
Bruce McFarlane spoke to the deeper meaning behind the work, “Real estate is not just about closing deals—it’s about empowering dreams and building lifelong relationships with clients. It’s an honour to be part of a network that prioritises trust, training, and the highest level of professional standards”.
Echoing that sentiment, Nadia Oates emphasised the human side of the industry, stating, “Buying or selling a home is one of the most emotional and impactful decisions someone can make. Our job is to make that journey as seamless and empowering as possible, and being recognised tonight is a beautiful affirmation of that mission”.

As RE/MAX Elite Realty looks to the future, it does so with a bold vision—one that embraces technology, global standards, and a people-centred approach to real estate.
