The highly anticipated return of Red Bull Culture Clash Jamaica has officially announced the four crews set to battle it out on November 2 at the National Arena.
This marks the second staging of the electrifying sound clash event in the island nation. The contenders include MadHouse Experience, Big Bad Soca, Jamaica Wi Seh, and Lon Don Crew. Led by industry giants across a variety of classic and popular genres, these four crews will sound off against one another in true sound clash form. The crowd’s reaction, measured through a decibel reader, will determine the winner of each round. The crew with the highest average during the first five seconds will win.
MadHouse Experience:

Led by legendary International Reggae Dancehall artist, songwriter, and producer, Cham (also known as Baby Cham), and curated by MadHouse Records founder and iconic Dancehall producer Dave Kelly. This crew boasts an impressive line-up including Collin ‘The Captain’ Hines, CopperShaun, Game Changaz Stainy, and Brandon. MadHouse Experience is built on the foundation of MadHouse Records, known for its out-of-the-box approach to making music that has produced decades of classics that still remain hits. Historically, MadHouse has played a large role in cultivating dancehall as we know it today.
Big Bad Soca:

Bringing Trinidadian flair to the stage is Big Bad Soca. Led by the young Soca phenomenon Voice The Artiste, this crew includes a high-octane squad of veteran and rising talents from Trinidad’s music scene – Bobby Killa, Mun-Ra, Salty, Akeem 5.0, Travis World, Major Penny, and DJ Elon. Trinidad is known not only for their Soca and Calypso genres but also for their more recent Trini Bad genre, a testament to their love of Jamaica’s dancehall genre. This crew embodies the vibrant energy and artistic fusion of the Caribbean island.
Jamaica Wi Seh:

The next locally based crew on the lineup is Jamaica Wi Seh, headed by Grammy Award-winning producer, DJ Frass. Frass, who has maintained his rank as a top dancehall producer for well over a decade, has produced a number of popular and influential dancehall riddims working with artistes such as Shenseea, Govana, Intence, Jahmiel, Alkaline, Sean Paul, Mavado and rising star Nigy Boy. Jamaica Wi Seh champions authentic Jamaican dancehall sound across generations. The star-studded line-up features heavy hitters including The Original TC, DJ Banka, ZJ Chrome, and Chris Dymond, all known for their unwavering connection to the streets and the core essence of true Dancehall culture.
Lon Don Crew:

Led by the powerful British-Jamaican rapper Stefflon Don (who was recently nominated for BET Hip Hop’s Best International Flow Award), the Lon Don Crew brings a unique London flare influenced by the female rapper’s Jamaican roots. Hailing from Denham Town, Stefflon Don has maintained a close connection to her Jamaican roots, which inspired her to pull on industry stars to put her crew together — her official DJ, DJ Juvey, DJ Mac, Fada Shella, Slap Weh, Wayne Ed, Junior Killa, and Shaka, this crew is set to showcase a diverse and dynamic performance, paying homage to the profound influence of Dancehall on London’s music scene.
