Red Stripe celebrates customers with exclusive evening of appreciation

Marking the culmination of its two-part customer appreciation series, Red Stripe hosted a grand customer appreciation celebration last month on the Devon House East Lawns. 

The event, which followed a successful staging in Montego Bay, brought together longstanding partners for an evening of gratitude, networking, and exclusive experiences.

With each brand under the Red Stripe portfolio on display, the event featured immersive booths filled with exciting prizes and surprises. It also provided a unique opportunity to test two new Red Stripe Flavours, inviting customers to share their feedback and help shape the brand’s next innovation. The highlight of the evening was the grand unveiling of a giant Rum Stripe bottle, marking the launch of its latest addition—Rum Stripe Grapefruit.

Red Stripe Managing Director Daaf van Tilburg underscored the significance of customer collaboration in the company’s success. “Tonight is about including you all in our vision for the future so that we can continue to grow together. We are not solely business partners; we are a community, and when united, we are stronger than ever. This is an opportunity to connect, to share ideas, and to celebrate our shared achievements. So, let us raise a toast to our partnership and a successful 2025.”

Adding to the evening’s excitement, interactive games such as basketball at the Red Stripe booth and tabletop football at the Heineken station reinforced the brand’s engagement with sports, including its sponsorship of the UEFA Champions League. The Smirnoff booth drew an enthusiastic crowd with a spirited mix-off competition, where two customers showcased their cocktail-making skills for a chance to win exclusive prizes.

Sean Wallace, Red Stripe’s Head of Commerce, highlighted the company’s ongoing efforts to support and facilitate its customers’ growth. “We work with you throughout the year to build your businesses, and tonight, we want to showcase the many ways we can collaborate. From the Heineken UCL promotion, which will send two lucky customers to the Champions League final in Germany, to Guinness’ sponsorship of the English Premier League with watch parties across the island, and the ‘Tings Looking Up’ promotion featuring Red Stripe, Dragon, and Malta—everything we do is designed to elevate our partners. Your support over the years has been invaluable, and we are excited for the opportunities that 2025 holds,” he said, addressing customers in attendance.

The event was a powerful illustration of the strong relationships Red Stripe has built with its customers, many of whom have been partners for decades. Crystal Williams, owner of Crystal Palace in Portland, expressed her appreciation: “This was an incredible event—both informative and rewarding. Learning about the company’s history and future plans has strengthened my commitment to this partnership. I purchase hundreds of Red Stripe products monthly, and I look forward to many more years of collaboration.”

As the evening unfolded with music, dancing, and camaraderie, the celebration reinforced Red Stripe’s undaunted dedication to the people and businesses that have contributed to its enduring legacy. The night of festivities was a resounding statement of appreciation, innovation, and shared success.
