Several workers employed at the Royalton Negril Hotel in Hanover are currently protesting outside the hotel premises.

The placard-bearing workers can be heard chanting “GM [General Manager] must go!”

The workers, including cooks, housekeepers, bartenders, and others, are demanding the removal of their general manager, who reportedly has not held a meeting with staff since their appointment to discuss compensation.

The protesters are calling for improved working conditions and wages.

More to come.
