
Founder of Voice Box Performing Arts Summer Singing Intensive Tessanne Chin Crooks recently expressed gratitude to sponsors of the initiative, which recently came to a close.
The programme benefited from the partnership of the Scotia Foundation as it anded to welcome 50 aspiring young singers — up from 37 last year — thanks to the generous support of Scotia Foundation and other sponsor
With the mission of unearthing, training, and developing young performers year-round, participants included children from diverse backgrounds who took advantage of the opportunity to enhance their talents and gain invaluable experience under the guidance of top industry professionals.

Reflecting on the programme’s success, Chin Crooks shared her gratitude for the sponsorship.
“The Scotia Foundation really showed up for us in a big way. Their partnership enabled us to secure some of the best professionals in the business to train our kids and pour their expertise into this programme. We’re incredibly grateful and look forward to future collaborations with Scotia Foundation to continue elevating, educating, empowering, and developing our youth through the Arts.”
The programme was hosted in the form of a camp at the Campion College Auditorium, where each participant received best-in-class training. It culminated with a special end-of-camp finale on August 24th, titled “Our Song.”
