Jamaica’s Tryall Club, which is a portfolio of privately staffed villas will be debuting several notable additions for the upcoming winter season, focusing on culinary and wellness offerings.
The Montego Bay-based resort property has unveiled its Ooshan Restaurant and a new spa facility that will be awaiting guests during the upcoming winter tourist season, which starts in December.
The new Ooshan Restaurant, set to open this Tuesday, November 26 will operate from Friday through Tuesday for lunch and dinner. The name is derived from Jamaican patois for “ocean”. head chef Kevin Betton will showcase a modern interpretation of Jamaican cuisine.

The restaurant marks a first for Tryall, as it will be open to both resort guests and outside visitors, with a special ‘Sunset Hour’ from 5-6 pm.
The resort has also launched a new spa facility designed by local architect Nancy Maffessanti.
The spa features four treatment rooms, a yoga and meditation space, and a shaded terrace with panoramic views. Drawing inspiration from the seven chakra colours, the spa offers unique signature treatments including the Bamford Ultimate Signature Massage and specialized 90-minute spa journeys.
For travel advisors, the resort offers commissions starting at 10% for bookings with winter season villa rates beginning at US$6,500 per week for a one-bedroom villa accommodating two people.
