Two men charged with housebreaking and larceny in Bull Savannah incident

Twenty-eight-year-old Corey Simpson and 32-year-old Ryan Parker has been charged with house breaking and larceny following an incident in Bull Savannah, St Elizabeth.

Simpson otherwise called ‘Crazy Teeth’ is said to be of Perth Road, Mandeville, Manchester while Parker is a construction worker of a Mandeville, Manchester address.

Reports are that on Saturday, August 10, a business man securely locked his bar and left. On his return he discovered that the padlock to the back of the building was severed.

The men reportedly removed from the establishment five poker boxes which valued at $2.5 million dollars and assorted liquor valued at $20,000JMD.

An investigation was launch by the police into the matter; and a video footage retrieved from the bar placed the men at the scene.

They were subsequently arrested and officially charged on Monday, September 2, following a complainant statement.

Their court date is yet to be finalised.
