Tyrone Wilson assumes CEO role at Visual Vibe

Tyrone Wilson, chairman of Visual Vibe Limited, has formally assumed the additional role of chief executive officer at the Kintyre Holdings (JA) subsidiary.

As CEO of Visual Vibe, Wilson will focus on expanding the company’s digital screen network, driving investment to support new location rollouts, and diversifying the services offered, including entry into new geographical markets.

Parent company Kintyre Holdings also announced the appointment of Jasmin Aslan as chief business officer, effective July 1. As chief business officer, Aslan will be responsible for leading Kintyre Holdings’ global growth strategy, business development, and international partnerships.

Aslan brings a wealth of international experience in brand management and corporate strategy. She has held leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz, Giorgio Armani, and LVMH in Germany. Her expertise spans global expansion, strategic partnerships, and corporate transformation. 

In addition, she serves as an advisor to CARICOM businesses, contributing to regional economic and development initiatives. Aslan also advises international companies seeking to enter the CARICOM market with a focus on promoting foreign direct investment (FDI) into the region. 

She works closely with JAMPRO to align global business interests with Jamaica’s investment objectives. Aslan holds a degree in economy, history, and political science from the University of Bielefeld in Germany. 

Wildish resigns

In the meantime, Andrew Wildish has resigned as chief investment officer of Kintyre Holdings, effective June 30. In a notice announcing the changes, Kintyre Holdings says Wildish made a meaningful contribution to the company’s financing and investment strategy during a critical phase of growth. 

The board extended its appreciation for his service and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours. Kintyre Holdings’ investment strategy will now be assumed by chairman, president and CEO Tyrone Wilson and will be supported by the investment committee of the board, chaired by Nick Rowles-Davies.
