Vybz Kartel brings his Freedom Street concert series to Europe

Jamaican dancehall sensation Vybz Kartel has announced that he is bringing his Freedom Street concert series to Europe.
The Jamaican entertainer, whose life sentence for murder was overturned by Jamaica’s Court of Appeal last year having served more than 13 years behind bars, is planning two shows in Malta in September. The events will take place from Thursday, September 11 to Sunday, September 14 across Malta’s premier venues.
Pre-sale tickets became available from Friday, March 21. This is the third confirmed European event in which Kartel, whose registered name is Adidja Palmer will participate for the year.
He has already been confirmed as a headliner at Summerjam (Germany) and will also perform at Wireless (UK). After the historic event of Freedom Street Jamaica, Vybz Kartel is bringing Freedom Street to Europe for the very first time.
As such fans are being urged to get ready for the biggest dancehall celebration of 2025. Taking over the Mediterranean island of Malta, expect an unmissable four days and nights of open-air concerts, super club takeovers, boat parties and after parties.
